Terms & Conditions

1. Property Rules & Prohibited Activities

• No smoking and no alcohol are permitted on the premises as per property policy.
• Illegal activities and unlawful substances are strictly prohibited.
• Guests must maintain cleanliness, respect other guests, and avoid excessive noise.
• Parties, loud music, or gatherings that disturb others are prohibited.

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM
• Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Standard Deluxe AC/Non-AC rooms allow a maximum of 2 guests.
• Guest occupancy must not exceed the approved room capacity.
• Additional guest charges:
  • ₹500 for guests below 14 years.
  • ₹1,000 for guests above 14 years.
• Group bookings allow up to 15 guests, with 10% discount on room bookings.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

3. Damage, Loss & Personal Belongings

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their visitors.
• Repair or replacement costs may be charged for proven damage.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Management will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal items.

4. Management Rights & Guest Conduct

• Management may refuse or cancel a stay for reasonable safety, security, legal, or serious conduct concerns, subject to applicable law and booking terms.
• Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or unlawful conduct is strictly prohibited.
• Complaints and special requests should be brought to management promptly.

5. Guest Identification & Occupancy

• All guests must provide valid government-issued photo identification at check-in.
• Aadhaar Card is mandatory for all guests, including children.
• Unregistered visitors require prior approval from management.
• Guests must provide accurate information about all occupants.

6. Swimming Pool Rules

• Swimming pool access is available only for selected packages and during property timings of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Guests must follow all pool safety instructions.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• Appropriate swimwear and hygienic pool practices are required.
• Cotton clothes are not allowed in the swimming pool.
• Pool access may be restricted temporarily for maintenance or safety reasons.

7. Guest Acknowledgement

I have read and understood the above Terms & Conditions of YNR Lake View Homestay. I agree to comply with the property rules and accept the applicable booking, payment, cancellation, and safety conditions.
